Meet Our Team
Josh DeLong, Hive Architect
I’m Josh, the Systems or ‘Hive’ Architect for The HoneyBee Group!
I live in Denver, Colorado, with my partner, our dog, and two cats. When I'm not working on improving systems or optimizing processes for HoneyBee, I enjoy watching movies at home or exploring my local community. I find joy in both an isolated mountain drive and a vibrant dinner in downtown Denver, but I equally appreciate a quiet night on the couch.
Coaching fosters a diverse, welcoming, and loving community, which is exactly what drew me to HoneyBee. Creating happy customers and engaged community members motivates me, and I'm excited to help you maximize the potential of your coaching practice.

Brittney Luker, Co-Founder
Hi, I’m Brittney, Founder of The Honeybee Group! As a newlywed who recently returned to my Georgia roots to be closer to family, I’m navigating the adventures of “adult” life alongside our furry family - an energetic Aussie-Doodle and two cats - while supporting my electrical engineer husband in his woodworking pursuits.
Though I’m not a coach myself, my heart-centered approach to life naturally led me to the coaching world, where I’ve carved out a unique space supporting coaches through specialized administrative services. I believe that when coaches have strong operational support, they can focus entirely on what they do best - transforming lives.
The Honeybee Group was founded on a simple yet powerful principle: “Good begets Good.” Just as bees nurture growth in nature, we’re deeply invested in nurturing the growth of both coaches and their clients. We create the behind-the-scenes structure that allows authentic connections and transformations to flourish.
Hi, I’m Ray. I am a father of two, a partner to my wonderful wife, a co-parent, a nature lover, and a relationship nerd. My mission here is to help you change your life. I’m already proud of you for stepping this far along the journey toward growth. Let’s take your next steps together.
My coaching journey was both counterintuitive and predictable. For most of my life, I pursued my passion for nature. I became a scientist and spent my time traveling the world, discovering new species, and teaching others to appreciate the creatures that share our planet. But then, my personal life detonated. My marriage ended. I became estranged from my family of origin. And my career in academia halted. During this time, I found therapy, coaching, and the entire enterprise of self-growth. Everything changed.
After my life adopted a new meaning by orienting around growth and relationship, I developed a new mission. Now, I want to help others with their relationships. The most surprising thing I’ve learned thus far is just how learnable it is. Simple techniques can transform triggering fights into connected conversations. Together, these methods teach us how to be more honest with ourselves. How are we not taught this stuff earlier in life?!
